There are several ways to determine whether the lens is anti-blue light:
1. Check the lens package manual to confirm the refractive index. Generally speaking, the anti-blue light lenses are mainly concentrated on the refractive index of 1.56 and 1.60. Short-wave blue light is a relatively high-energy light with a wavelength between 400nm and 480nm. Blue light within this wavelength will increase the amount of toxins in the macular area of the eye and seriously threaten the health of the fundus.
2. Real anti-blue light glasses, with the naked eye, the lens presents a special faint yellow light, showing high-definition light yellow, strong absorption of blue light, and no side effects on vision itself. More importantly, real anti-blue light glasses need to be tested by an authoritative organization and have corresponding certificates.
3. A grating spectrometer can be used to roughly detect the anti-blue light effect of the lens. Generally, optical shops have testing equipment, which can easily identify whether it has the anti-blue light function.
Of course, in order to better protect the eyes in front of the computer, it is necessary to prevent blue light, eat more vegetables, supplement lutein, multivitamins and zeaxanthin to strengthen the antioxidant capacity of the eyes, so as to protect the eyes.
